Josh Duhamel was born on November 14th, 1972 in Minot, North Dakota.  He joined the cast of All My Children as the incorrigible Leo du Pres on November 22, 1999.

Duhamel attended Minot State University where he played football and basketball.  He earned a degree in biology with an eye toward becoming a dentist, but had a change of heart and moved to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career.

During a trip to Europe, he had his first lead role in an adaptation of Oscar Wilde's The Picture of Dorian Gray".  After completing the filming, he returned to the States and began work on AMC. 

Duhamel enjoys basketball, football, skiing and golf.  He lives in Manhattan.
