The Eye
Thank you. Thank you very much. It's that time again, folks. . .time for Eye on Soaps to give the actors, the writers and the shows THE EYE!! This year, YOU, the READERS will be the ones to select who YOU will give the EYE! Please vote only one time in each category to keep it fair. It's time to let your feelings on the last year be known!! Obviously, it's going to be impossible for me to please everyone, so expect that there will probably be a few names where you don't want them to be or left out altogether. Each category could only have 10 nominees, so if you see someone in a supporting category that you felt should be in a starring category, that's probably why. I didn't have nearly enough spaces to fill in the "Most Missed" nominees, so I had to stick primarily to those who left this year. Please curb your absolutely understandable impulse to fire off the "How could you?" and "What were you thinking?" letters to me. I swear to you, this project was enough of a pain in the ass that by the time I got halfway through show #2, I couldn't and I wasn't thinking. Just kick back and enjoy the vote. I apologize in advance for bypassing a great show like Port Charles, but unfortunately, I have never been able to view an episode of the show because AT&T BROADBAND HAS CHOSEN NOT TO OFFER PORT CHARLES OR SOAP NET IN SACRAMENTO!! I have, however, included it in the general ABC awards on the last link. I truly hope that you have fun with this year's Eye Awards. I'd also like to offer a very, very special thanks to Sage Bourland and Kate Brown from the Eye on Soaps staff for their tireless help in putting this show together!
(PS, I’m wearing a black sequined gown by Vera Wang, made to accentuate my rounded bosom and detract from my round little belly and excess of butt. It smacks of good taste and I have already taken best-dressed honors for the night, so cool your haute couture jets).
