Sage's Ho, Adrian, and I go way back.  She saved my career, in fact.  She came over one day (she was freelance then, not with the Ranch) and took one look at me:

and pitched a FIT!!  She took me to Sage, who at that time was just her friend and not her employer, and they got busy.  In no time at all, I looked like this:
