GH SPOILERS!

Been checking out the spoiler train and came up with a few of them, compliments of one of my favorite and most reliable sources.

Jason finds himself back in his home away from home (jail).  He manages to get out and save the day by rescuing Sonny and getting him to the rehearsal in time.

Alkazar Redux shows up in town and is promptly arrested by Scott, but Scott falls to the dark side and takes a bribe to let him go.

Ric is in full sheep's clothing and convinces everyone he's ready to bury the hatchet with Sonny, meanwhile, he finalizes his plans to kidnap Carly.

Ric drugs Liz and snags Carly just before the wedding, then it's Michael who says, "Where's Mommy?"

Ric takes Carly to the "safe room," which has been converted to a nursery.

Stefan brings Lydia (Jessica Ferraron) to town, trying to rebuild the Cassadine fortune through a business marriage between her and Nikolas.

Nik is busy himself covering for Emily.  They end up falling asleep together and everyone critical sees it, including Lydia.  Zander figures they slept together.

Lydia makes special plans for Nikolas, but he stands her up for Emily.

Luke ends up in the hospital and Cameron tells Lucky he has to decide whether or not Luke is committed to a psychiatric hospital. 

Lucky agrees to having his father committed, but Luke and Summer have other ideas.

Jane Elliot returns as Tracy Quartermaine for one day on June 12th.  This is one more "head up the ass" move on the part of the powers that be.  Sign this woman!  She single-handedly brought GH out of the dumps the last time she was here and is like the paddles on the chest of flat-lined patient!

While GH is much better than it was this time last year, it still is having troubles that could easily and quickly be remedied by catalysts like Tracy Quartermaine who light up every corner of the show into which the short sighted and narrow minded powers that be allow her to venture.

AMC

JEddy's' back on Monday for no apparent good reason.

The arrival of Mary and her reconnect with Jackson has the boards buzzing about the powers that be finally exploring the idea of Jackson being Greenlee's real father.

CORRECTION!

Blake Gibbon's new project, "The Legend of Butch and Sundance," has NOT been picked up as a  series just yet. It is a 2 hour telefilm that will air on NBC in September. Once it airs they will look at the numbers and then make a decision based on that information and the time slots available etc.

We definitely wish Blake Gibbons the best since GH seems intent on not investing in this wonderful actor.

Something to Play With

True or not?  Here are some GH rumors that were passed on to me by someone who read them at The Zone:

Too many GH actors?  For years, GH has dominate the cast count for ABC, usually employing 10-12 more people than OLTL, AMC or PC and now the rumor is that Brian Frons said, "Trim it!!"  While it's already been announced that Brittney Powell is leaving as Summer, other names rumored to be on the chopping block are Jackie Zeman (long time rumor), Lane Davies (ouch), Andrea Pearson (another recurring rumor), She Who Shall Not Be Mentioned and Who I Still Believe Is LEAVING Within a Few Weeks and Greg Vaughn as the Nuest NuLucky.

[For all those who are eager to write to me saying, "______ can't be/isn't leaving because ______," please note that A) these are RUMORS I've heard, not reporting as fact here and B) ______ doesn't mean shitzaballs any more and anyone is on the short list these days.]

Rumored to be dropped to recurring are Kin Shriner (who is also rumored to return to PC), John j. York (yes, I know we just got him back), Billy Warlock (yes, I know he just signed a 3 year contract), John Ingle (a surprise) and Anna Lee (already pretty much "recurring").

Quickie rumored spoilers:

Jason is sure Ric is the one who sent the magical, labor inducing photo of Sonny's beat-down self and goes looking for him.  Sonny and Carly barely make it to wedding rehearsal, what with Sonny getting the bejesus stomped out of him and Jason having to go save the day.  Alexis is able to pull a last minute save and grab a video of herself that proves she's Dobson.  Michael asks, "Where's Mommy??"  The question is, does he mean Carly or Leticia?

Welcome to the week, Darlings!!!

As Katrina would say, it was a STELLAR weekend!!  Mom was at Kye's all day today, so I got a LOT of work done in the herb garden today, then spent the afternoon playing with Paint Shop Pro until tonight.  I can't really point to anything in particular that was outrageously spectacular, but lately, when things are nice and no one's bitching and the weather is wonderful, the life is just... *sigh*... wonderful.

Did you really think I was going to leave you with that basic news and gossipy column from Friday?  Pfft.  Darlings, you need to be entertained!  It's Monday.  Mondaymondaymonday!!  This is going to be the greatest week ever.  Why, you ask???  Ask any CassaHo and they'll tell you why!  Today is the day that my favorite Dark Prince wings his way home and stands toe to toe with the reigning Dark Lord,  Luke Spencer.  My hope is that the powers that be will want to get their money's worth and will be using him in scene after scene on a daily basis.  I could never get tired of watching Stefan, from the first glimpse of that signet ring on the Cassadine plane on.  He is just a fascinating piece of work and the multilayers just keep on peeling back.  If we are lucky enough to bring back Mommie Dearest as well, no doubt the twisted and delicious Addams Family of Spoon Island will again mine out the deepest of Cassadine secrets and serve them up for us with fava beans and a nice glass of chianti. 

As far as Constance Towers returning, her folks still say she has not been contacted, however, I'm hearing that her arrival is being deliberated paced to occur after Stephen Nichols settles in, so I'm betting that she'll sweep to take the town firming in her well manicured grasps somewhere around oh, August sweeps.  And what of her poor clone?  Still rotting away in prison?  How will Stefan be connected to Summer's departure?  No doubt, that will fire up the feud even more since both Spencer men are attached in by the zipper.

Funny rumors are going around suggesting that the Kristina that showed up with Jax wasn't the real deal and was actually a plant from Helena (like a philodendron, I guess).  Is that what we call a "do over."  It's such a pity that a talented actress and singer (can we say "nurses ball?") as Jamie Rae Newman was reduced to playing such a horribly annoying character.  If you want to be reminded of how bad it got, just take a look to the right.  Yeee-ikes.  With GH in a  state of character flux, lots leaving and a few more trailing back in, it's going to be interesting to see where it all lands. 

I have incredible news!! We're Not Worthy!  We're Not Worthy!

But of COURSE, we are worthy, darlings, or it would not be happening!  You know what I'm talking about!  Cam Mat is on his way back to AMC and sadly, one of the components I most enjoyed about Ryan will be absent (no, NOT frilly Gilly, I am talking about CHRIS and that incredible father-son dynamic that was just starting to unfold when CM left the show).  *sigh*  I look forward to having him back and would actually love to see him pick up on his interesting love angle with Liza!  I'll never forget when Wildwind was burning and I somehow had missed the spoiler that they were going to make out and BAM!  All of a sudden they were just going for it like grouper fish!  I loved it!!  No first airdate is yet given for his return, but he's all over it, putting to rest the casting call AMC issued. 

This seems to be a strong trend at ABC, to issue a casting call and then pull in the original again.  It happened with Stephen Nichols/Stefan and now we have seen a fer real casting call go out for the role of Kelly Cramer.  Is Gina Tognoni far behind?  We heard she was getting closer to signing and now that the casting call has gone out, it's hard to tell which way it will fall.

Now that poor Leora had passed on and the Haywards are destined for a very messy break up, people are abuzz with the idea that finally, Anna will return to Port Charles and Robert Scorpio will turn up again.  Other rumors have Kim McCullough all but signing on the line to return to AMC on a more permanent basis.  I'm not hearing either one as having enough foundation in truth to be given much credence at this time, so cool yer jets and just wait and see how it all unfolds.  Last word was that FH was happy being on AMC and AMC was happy to have her, so I would NOT look for a departure anywhere soon.

The info I'm getting says that Max Alexander  has NOT been let go as Carlos, despite rumors to the contrary, and that the casting call that went out is actually for a completely different character.  Seems AMC is looking to ethnic out the cast a bit more and this is the beginning of the process.  Look for more characters of color to be popping up on all ABC shows as the directive came down from the top to finally jostle the cast around to provide a more realistic melting pot on the shows instead of the Great White Way that we see now.

Speaking of AMC, we want all Pine Valley Bulletin fans to know that their server is temporarily down and they WILL be back up soon!  We have it on authority!

Lots of news on OLTL.  As I reported a few weeks ago, we are going to get a fer real Mitch murder mystery in the next few weeks.  Although suspicion is going to rest heavily on Blair as the culprit (Doesn't she get blamed for every killing in Pennsylvania any more?  She and Lindsay constitute "the usual suspects" for Llanview), it's very possible that Mitch's own brother, Walker, will be the one to finally do in Llanview's own Jason.   Before long, Mitch will be the urban legend spoken in whispered tones:  the man who would not die.  Dorian and Blair will be at odds again when even Dorian isn't convinced that Blair is innocent of murder.

Viki will be making a career change that will be unlike anything she has ever done before.  While she does this, NuKevin will be taking over The Banner, but watch for him to take it in directions that would make Grandpa Victor turn over in his brand new grave! 

Keep your eye on both Roxy and Natalie.  The actresses who play these fiery ladies have both been dropping the pounds.  Ilene Kristen is gearing up for a big love story and Melissa Archer is getting ready for that big wedding set to air when?  November sweeps.  Tentative date is November 7th.

Looks like Keri is going to be around for the long haul and rumors of her return being temporary were unfounded.

Nikolas is more than compliant to Emily's wish that they appear to have a relationship, even to the point of moving her into Wyndemere.  Monica is seriously torn when she sees what this is doing to Zander, but continues to keep Emily's confidence.  Stefan returns with a honey for Nikolas, played by Jessica Ferrarone.   This throws a monkey wrench in the NEmily faux romance.

Maxie is determined to not have Georgie give up her virginity to Lucas and even arranges to have Georgia catch them kissing.

Why Liz bothers to quit her job at Kelly's when like Bobbie and Courtney, she's never there, is beyond me.  Summer takes up the gauntlet to become the newest person who in employed by Kelly's but doesn't work there.  The only people who EVER did a lick there were Rose, Paddy, Ruby and Tammy.

As you've likely heard, Blake Gibbons' new pilot is a go, so our chances of seeing Coleman are getting slimmer.  Here I got my hopes all up when I heard Kyle's last name was Radcliffe (surely it's not just a coincidence or lazy writers!), so we'll see where all that lands!

The rumors are still strong for a Brenda recast.  We know VM won't be back for a while since her primetime gig is a go, but we know how long they can last.
